Free Accounts (Plans and Accounts with no monthly fee)
Any Free Plans/Accounts (Accounts without Monthly Fee eg. Base Plan or Basic Plan pre 2018) with less 10 cents Balance will be closed if inactive more than 30 days, as it is impossible to offer them free of charge anymore, due to monthly licencing to keep the account active.
We have been absorbing this monthly fee from Jan 2022 and have never passed this charge to any of the old accounts, but due to an other increase in wholesale monthly billing fees from the software manufacturer, we have decided that any accounts without monthly fee and inactive for (30 days +) with hardly no credit in them are to be closed permanently.
