If you are using an Andriod Device and using our Andriod APP to make and receive calls, you will need to install the new app as soon as possible. Old app is not supported anymore, the new app is called Hodu Phone.
1. First UNINSTALL the old APP HODU DIAL
2. Then go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hodupbx.hoduphone
3. Download and Install
4. Open
5. Click on QR Code
6. Scan QR Code
PS- if using the APP on Mobile network set the protocol as TCP, this is due to Mobile Network using CGNAT.
To get the QR Code (example if your extension is 101)
1. Login into the CLOUD PBX at https://cloud3.ivoice.net.au
2. Click on SERVICE
3. Click on EXTENSION
4. On Extension 101 (Click on the Arrow icon) Login as and OK
5. A new window will open and there you will see the QR CODE (please make sure that you never give that QR CODE to anyone)
