Holiday message changes on your Cloud PBX hosted by us for Christmas
If you are planning on changing your IVR (Auto Attendant) or Voicemail with a new greeting for the Christmas Holiday Season, please email us prior to Sunday 15th of December with the appropriate changes providing adequate time to implement.
Please send these changes to info [at] wdpvoip.net.au with the attached file (WAV or MP3), including clear instructions and dates for the requested changes to be implemented and removed. All changes received prior to 15th December will not be charged for. Any changes received from Monday the 16th December will incur a $25 change fee.
Changes received on the 23/12/2024 onwards WILL NOT be processed. Any chages after this time needs to be implimented by you or your IT.
We also have created a KB on how it can be done, if anyone wants to do it.

Please setup the holidays period for our main number 0711112222 for company
we will be closed on 23/12/2024 at 17:00 upto the 02/01/2025 (will be open on the 03/01/2025)
Attached is the WAV / MP3 file with the recoding needed
All calls during the above time goes to ......
Option to consider:
1. Voicemail (email address required)
2. Announcement (this is just a recoding and after it plays it hangs up)
3. Or you tells exactly what you need
IMPORTANT: Any files that are sent in different format will incure a small fee of $15, this is due that we would need to engage a third party person to do the change on your behalf.
