Download the software for your platform (Windows / Mac / IOS or Android) and install.
Give us a call and ask for help to setup your hardware or softphone.
We will ask you what hardware / software you are using (if we ever worked on that specific hardware/software) and to share with us the ID of AnyViewer to connect to you.

We will then can help you setup the SIP Extension/Trunk into your hardware or softphone App.
After we finish, you can keep or UNINSTALL AnyViewer from you computer or Mobile device.
PS. What we do not do, due to 100's if not 1000's of different hardware is setup for you Ivr's, Queues, User Extension, Firewalls, VPN's ect... but we will help you if we know the hardware you are using.
