How to dial numbers via our service
- On-Net Calling (SIP Trunking only) - Dial 10 digit On-Net number (09 910X XXXX)
- 1300 numbers - Just dial the number as is.
- 13 numbers - Just dial the number as is.
- 1800 numbers - Just dial the number as is.
- Australia Local State Calls - Just dial the eight digit number without the area code
- Australia National Calls - Dial area code including 02, 03,07, 08... followed by the 8 digit number
- Mobile Numbers - Just dial the 04 number
- Emergency Call - Dial 000
- International calls - Dial 0011 + country code + city code + phone number.
- E164 Format is supported
- +E164 Format is supported
PS: There is no need to program your equipment to use dialplans (eg. On Premises PBX or IP Phone).
Calling between Phone numbers (02 / 03 / 07 / 08) on your account can all be dialled free of charge.
