WorldDialPoint Email2Fax and Fax2Email Instructions
IMPORTANT
To use this service you need to have Email2Fax and Fax2Email Service, if you have only Fax2Email service you need to call us to add it.
There is now 2 ways to send
1. Email2Fax
2. Web2Fax
Also something new added is the first page, a cover page will be sent and you can include some comments
(Cover Page by default is disabled, if you want to add a cover page let use know)
With the new procedure you will be given an ID number per email address stored to send faxes, that is required to use when sending EMAIL2FAX

Your Fax number will also be given to you, so that you can receive
1. Instructions on how to use Email2Fax:
--- Sending a fax from your email client:
> To send a fax via email is pretty straight forward and easy.
> Open a new email
> Send email in this format: fax_number_you_need_to_send@faxes.ivoice.net.au (example 0733331111@faxes.ivoice.net.au)
> In the Subject Line insert the ID number that was supplied (example - 1001102)
> Attach your file / fax to the email (file needs to be in PDF format)
> In the Massage you can add some more comments (please make sure no signatures and pictures are added as the fax will fail)
> Send
> Once email is sent, our fax system will send the fax and if it fails it will try 2 times more.
> You will then receive a report SUCCESSFUL (including the fax you sent as receipt) or FAILED (with a reason)
2. How to SEND Faxes using WEB2FAX
> You can also send faxes from your browser
> To do this you will be given access to our CloudPBX access and in it you can send Faxes by clicking on WEB2FAX
3. How to RECEIVE Faxes
> Faxes are sent to your inbox email address (registered email address that you signed up with and can also add more)
PS - Always make sure that these email addresses and domain names are white listed in your Mail Server / Program
