WorldDialPoint can now provide Porting of PSTN and ISDN Numbers from Telstra / Optus and some other VoIP Service Providers nationally in every Call Collection Area, in every Standard Zone Unit.

Local Number Portability (LNP) provides a means for customers to change their physical network connection from one carrier to another and retain their existing telephone number(s).

WorldDialPoint can port numbers from the following carriers and carriage service providers including 13/1800 numbers:
Telstra Corporation
SingTel Optus
Vocus
AAPT/TPG
Symbio Networks and its resellers
and all other providers

Attention: Trying to Port a number that has an active internet connection (eg - ADSL/NBN) will result in loss of your Internet Connection with some carriers.

Numbers can be ported from PSTN, ISDN, SAT and VoIP Services provided by the above carriers and carriage service providers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Under new regulations issued by the ACMA (Australian Communication and Media Authority) to the Telecommunications Numbering Plan 1997 Act. we have to provide every potential customer the New requirements dated 01/02/2011

Customers that are issued a standard telephone number eg. 02/03/07/08 number to receive calls via VoIP.

Calls to these type of numbers may be charged from the carrier as if the customer is located in the SZU for the number (eg. a person calling from Penrith NSW to an 02 number issued under the Sydney (SZU) number will be charged from their carrier as if they are calling a long distance call.
Customers that have ported their number from other carriers can port out. Requirement to port out: Make sure that no outstanding payments are on your account and the service is fully active.
