We wiould like to inform our customers that on 17/07/2012 at 20:00 our website and billing system will be offline for approx 30 mins.
The website and billing system will be migrated to a new server in a different data center (Ipera Data Center)
VoIP services will NOT be effected.
We are expierencing from certain providers a packet loss issue of approx 5 - 10%.
On-Call Engineers at the data center are looking into the issue.
