ZoIPer Configuration Settings
You have two options
Download link from Zoiper Website
Option 1: (Easy) Click on this LINK (this will take you to zoiper website and dowload a pre-configured software, this will auto configure ONLY for CLOUD PBX, otherwise use OPTION 2)
Just choose from the provider list Australia and then choose WorldDialPoint
- Username: xxxxxxxxxxx
- Password: [Enter SIP Password]
- CallerID Name: xxxxxxxxxxx
Option 2: Do it yourself
Here is what is required. (where xxxxxxxxxxx is your USER ID number that you received in your last email)
SIP accounts » Add new SIP account
• Name: WDP
• Domain: (the domain that was sent via email)
• Username: xxxxxxxxxxx
• Password: [Enter SIP Password]
• CallerID Name: xxxxxxxxxxx
For certain Hotels and Cruise Liners you would need to activate STUN Setting (goto ACCOUNTS - Edit account WDP - NETWORK SETTINGS - USE STUN - set to DEFAULT)
Important Andriod and IPhone users - If you are using Zoiper without PUSH NOTIFICATION, please activate (Run in Background) to receive incoming calls
SETTINGS - CONNECTIVITY - Tick RUN IN BACKGROUND
For best performance Push Notification is required, as it uses minimal battery usage.
