Black List (Block) numbers - Spam Calls on Sip Business Trunks and Residential Services
We do support this feature Blocking individual numbers at your request.

What is required, is for you to send us the list of any blocked numbers you want to block in the format of E164 example of number, if you want to block 03 1234 5678 you send us as 61312345678 by logging into your account and create a new ticket.
We then create that list specifically for your incoming number/s.
At any time, you can send us to add more or delete and we will process anything within 1 business day.
PS IMPORTANT: We already have a carrier black list integrated into our system that is shared for all inbound phone numbers and gets updated when needed as per ACMA regulation. This list is NOT accessible to any of our customers and nobody can opt out of it.
