How to Divert Calls using your IP Phone with the Cloud PBX.

1. Your Yealink IP Phone is Auto Provisioned by the System.

You can just enter your number number in the Always Forward and Enable

A massage on the phone screen will appear that the phone is now diverted

To cancel, if it is a touch screen just click on it, otherwise go to MENU - FEATURES - set to OFF

(PS- If for some unknown reason the codes are missing in the phone settings, you would need to set them up in example step 3)

 

2. Other IP Phones or Softphones

Always Forward - *91 PHONE NUMBER eg.  Dial *910422333444

CANCEL Always Forward - Dial *912

 

3. Setting an IP Phone to use the codes

Login into your  IP Phone

Look for the settings to Forward calls

Look for Allways Forward Feature

On Code enter *91

OFF Code enter *912

Enter the phone number

Save

Then when you want to divert or undivert just activate or decativate the feature from your IP Phone
