Important if you are using our SIP Trunking / Residential Plans or Business Plans please click here, this KB is for those customers using our CLOUD PBX.

To hide the caller ID just dial *70 < number >

eg: to hide the Caller ID when dialling 04 1234 1234, just dial *700412341234
