Emergency (000) Monitoring / Notification / Recording

A new feature has now been released in Feb 2026 were any calls within an Organization to 000 Emergency Services can be monitored and notify immidiately a specific exentension (Manager / Reception ect..)

How does it work?

  • Someone within your Organization calls Emergency Services 000 from any of the extensions.
  • Cloud PBX immidiately notify a specific extension that can be assined to (eg. Manager / Reception)
  • Option to Notify: Call / Email.
  • Call: When a call is made to 000, an other call will be made to Manager extension and it informs them of who is calling Emergency Services in real time.
  • Email: Cloud PBX will also issue an Email to Manager / Reception with the Call details including the Recording for review and filing for future reference.
